National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children

The National Alliance for DEC represents multiple disciplines with a common vision: a future where children whose caregivers abuse substances are provided opportunities to live in safe and nurturing environments free from abuse and neglect. Effectively addressing the issue of Drug Endangered Children requires a multi-faceted strategy that includes prevention, law enforcement, courts, probation, social services, treatment, mental health, medical, child welfare, education, public health, federal agencies, tribal nations, non-profit organizations, and the community.

The conference format will consist of plenary speakers in addition to breakout sessions, targeting specific disciplines including law enforcement, prosecution and social services. See the Conference Schedule page for more details.
